  • Fresh start. Clear focus. Renewed hope.

It takes courage to make the call to request therapy. Often, people seek counseling when they have tried everything they know to get past their problems, and yet they are stuck. It can be daunting to open up to a new person about your struggles. I respect the courage it took to get this far in your search for answers!

I provide mental health therapy for individuals ages 18 and older experiencing depression, anxiety, challenging life changes, antagonistic and toxic relationships, family stressors, or trauma. I also help parents to improve family dynamics with their children of any age. My focus is on helping you achieve your goals toward healing, clarity, and hope for a better future, now.
